Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The item is defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Tracking Information

After shipping your return, you must provide the tracking number to our support team.

Returns without valid tracking information may experience delays in processing.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days.
